• Priority Items: PHF’s not held at 41ºF or below. Cut peppers and pears were 45ºF and salad mix was 43ºF.
• Core Items: Torn screen/bad door seal to back door. Bad floor tile at entrance to kitchen, big crack by walk-in freezer, and a few stained ceiling tiles in dry store room.

• Priority Items: Queso cheese at 123ºF in warmer (hot food must be held at 135ºF or above). No sanitizer in dishwasher (can still use for washing but must sanitize in sanitizer solution for 10 seconds in sink until they can get sanitizer for the machine). Water turned off to kitchen hand sink because faucet leaks badly. Turning on/off to use but making a mess/have bucket catching excess water will hinder proper hand washing. Needs to be repaired ASAP.
• Core Items: Ice scoop at soda dispenser with handle in ice. Bowls used for scoops in ingredient tubs. Containers stored on floor – COS. Wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer solution bucket. Bad door gasket to walk-in cooler. Cardboard and aluminum foil on shelving. No paper towels at kitchen hand sink. Tiles broken/missing near walk-in cooler and by back hallway. Back hallway wooden floor has bad build-up of grime. Unshielded lights. A couple of torn booth seats (can’t be properly cleaned).
