Native American pottery program in Brownville

George Neubert, former director of Sheldon Museum, will present “Southwest Native American Pottery” at The Antiquarium in Brownville, Nebraska, Saturday, June 20, at 1:00 p.m. This program will explore the history, physical technique, and artistic expressions representing tribal identity and spiritual connection to the earth. Attendees will view select pieces from the Flatwater Folk Art Museum. Refreshments will be provided. This program is made possible by the Sherwood Foundation and is sponsored by Brownville Education Center for Arts and Humanities. It is open and free to the public. The Antiquarium is located at 309 Water Street.
