Tarkio/Westboro/Fairfax Food Pantry

The Tarkio/Westboro/Fairfax Food Pantry is currently low on the following items: fruits (15-20 oz. – mixed fruit, peaches, pears, pineapple, mandarin oranges), tomato juice (46 oz. can), complete pancake mix, syrup (64 oz.), beef and chicken broth (14.5 oz. can), flour (5 lbs.), boxed potatoes (au gratin, scalloped), Tuna Helper, Chicken Helper, jello and instant puddings (small boxes), chili style beans, pasta (ramen noodles, macaroni, medium egg noodles, spaghetti), frozen pizzas, and dish soap.

The food pantry will be open Thursday, July 23, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.; Tuesday, July 28, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.; and Thursday, July 30, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Donations to the food pantry, especially monetary donations, are always appreciated. Donations may be sent to Anita Sutter, treasurer, at 26287 290th Street, Fairfax, MO 64446.

The food pantry is located at 315 Main Street in Tarkio, Missouri.

Rock Port Food Pantry

The Rock Port Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry is low on the following items: Stuffing mix, saltine crackers, peas, diced tomatoes, instant mashed potatoes, Minute Rice, beef stew, syrup, pancake mix, cooking oil, chili beans, pasta sauce, tomato sauce, pineapple, mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail, Raisin Bran, Cheerios, SPAM, canned chicken, peanut butter, ketchup, ranch dressing, fudge brownie mix, toilet cleaner, floor cleaner, disinfectant wipes, men’s shaving cream, women’s shaving cream, men’s shampoo, women’s shampoo, men’s body wash, women’s body wash, dish soap, and laundry detergent (39 fluid oz. or larger).

The food pantry will be open Friday, July 24, 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.

Donations can be taken to the Rock Port United Methodist Church, 211 W. Opp, Rock Port, Missouri, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and placed in the shopping cart.
