On July 31, 2026, deputies with the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in Fairfax, Missouri. Two subjects were taken into custody. A probable cause statement was filed with the Atchison County Prosecutor. The Circuit Court of Atchison County issued a warrant for both subjects.

Marcus Hall of Fairfax was charged with four counts of Statutory Rape or Attempted Statutory Rape – 1st Degree. He is being held without bond at this time.

Hudson Hall of Fairfax was charged with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child – Involving Drugs – 1st Degree. Bond was set at $10,000.
