• Core Items: Soda cabinet in disrepair. Sixteen torn refrigerator door gaskets. Vent hood in kitchen needs to be cleaned. No handwashing signage and hand sink by produce sink (all others good). Unshielded light bulbs. Trash and debris on floor/under shelves in walk-in freezer. Damaged walls by west swing doors.

• Priority Items: Kitchen refrigerator running 43ºF – needs to be 41ºF or below/within the +/-2º. But needs to be turned down and monitored.

• Core Items: Could not locate thermometers in kitchen refrigerator. Excessive frost in Crosley freezer. Dining area ceiling in disrepair. Discussed contact paper and paper towels on shelving. August 14 will be the last day until next summer.
