Gentri Staten chips onto the green in the CommuniTEE Golf Benefit held this past weekend in Tarkio.

The CommuniTEE Golf Benefit was held Friday and Saturday, August 28 and 29, at the Tarkio Golf Course. A total of 230 golfers and volunteers came together in support of Community Hospital-Fairfax of Fairfax, Missouri, with the goal of raising money toward the purchase of lifesaving equipment and technology. The benefit was a huge success, with earnings around $20,000. The golfers were given hats and visors as gifts and were treated to a delicious meal on Saturday evening following play. Results from the two-day event follow:
