On July 28, 2026, the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of Harassment. Atchison County deputies began an investigation into the matter. After investigating, a Probable Cause statement was submitted to the Atchison County Prosecutor’s Office, resulting in a warrant being issued by the Atchison County Circuit Court for Luke Seiter, 39/male of Rock Port, Missouri. The warrant was issued on charges of Harassment 1st Degree and Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Seiter was taken into custody on August 26, 2026. This remains an active investigation. Mr. Seiter is being held without bond at this time.
