The Lady Blue Jays placed second in the East Atchison girls’ golf meet Wednesday, September 9, at the Tarkio Golf Course with a team score of 226. The Lady Wolves Golf Team hosted Rock Port, Mound City, and Craig golfers in a meet held Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the Tarkio Golf Course.
The Lady Wolves had a great day, coming out on top with a team score of 210 over Rock Port’s 226 and Mound City’s 270.
Rock Port’s Karlie Gebhards also had a successful day of golf, earning the title of match medalist with a score of 40.
EA’s individual scores were: Varsity – Danika Agnew 49, Avery Fast 51, Savanna Lindsay 54, Star Hankins 56, and Brenna Kingery 59; and Junior Varsity – Brilee Slemp 57, Delainee White 68, Sophia Riley 79, and Ava Brown 81.
Other Rock Port individual scores were: Varsity – Audrey Dougherty 59, Clara Hays 62, Landrey Kelly 65, and Ellie Garst 71; and Junior Varsity – Zoey Zach 65, Maeve Roup 65, Maddy Wilroy 69, Jessa Geib 71, and Anna Weber 81.
