Debra Lou Sybert, 71, of Laramie, Wyoming, passed away September 26, 2026, at her home with her two children by her side after a 1 1/2 year battle with pancreatic cancer.

She was born December 31, 1954, the daughter of the late Cleo and Mary Lou Dukes and grew up in Tarkio, Missouri. She married the love of her life, Lloyd Sybert, also of Tarkio, who preceded her in death.

Debra is survived by her children, Heidi (Kevin) and Heath (Karin), both of Laramie. “Our beloved beautiful mother provided the biggest, purest love to her children, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Everyone who came in contact with her fell in love with Mom. Her heart was so big. Her love for gardening and baking for her family were without failure.”

“Mom and our late father’s love for the mountains were made very aware to all they met and knew. With that, they requested to have their ashes, along with the ashes of their precious late Daisy the Yorkie, scattered in the wind in the Snowy Range Mountains. Immediate family will be present. No service will be held upon their wishes.”
