Once again, area residents are asked to donate frozen turkeys and hams for senior citizens and families in need this holiday season. Turkeys, hams, or roast (beef or pork) will be accepted at Community Services, located at 4th and Main streets in Tarkio, Missouri, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. now through December 12.

If you would like to donate money instead, monetary do-nations will be accepted through the Tarkio/Westboro Ministerial Alliance (call 660-253-0087 for more information on how to donate).

Thanks to this project, senior citizens and families who can not afford to purchase their own meals do not have to go without this holiday season. All donations are greatly appreciated!
