Atchison County 8th graders took part in a very informative program at Community Hospital-Fairfax’s 8th Grade Career Day 2018 Friday, December 7. The hospital partnered with Atchison-Holt Ambulance District to provide a mock code experience. Students also spent time with Aron Burke M.D., learned about non-clinical careers and visited with professionals from the Rehab Services Department, Laboratory, Respiratory Therapy, Nursing and Imaging. The students learned about all the fantastic career opportunities the hospital has to offer and how the doctors, nurses, and staff members are dedicated to helping all who come through the door.
