• Tai Chi classes for arthritis and fall prevention

    The University of Missouri Extension will hold 16 class sessions on Tai Chi for arthritis and fall prevention.   • Tarkio Rotary BBQ cookout

    The Tarkio Rotary Club invites all hungry residents to stop by Hy-Vee in Tarkio every Saturday in April and May (weather permitting) for tasty barbecue food. From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., fresh off-the-grill hot dogs, brats, hamburgers, and steak sandwiches will be served in the parking lot of the grocery store.

  • Community worship service April 27

    The Rock Port Ministerial Alliance will host a community worship service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, April 27, at the Atchison County Memorial Building in Rock Port, Missouri. Everyone is invited. Beta Gals will serve a luncheon following the service.
