Blood drive in Tarkio Sept. 30

The Tarkio and area community members are invited to give a life-saving blood donation at the Community Blood Center Blood Drive Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Tarkio Activity Center (TAC). Sponsored by the Tarkio High School Chapter of National Honor Society, the blood drive will be held on the upper level of the gym at the TAC, located at 110 N. 13th Street in Tarkio, Missouri.

Those who plan to donate must: eat well and hydrate beforehand; must be 17 and older (or 16 with a parental consent form) and bring a photo ID; meet minimum weight requirements; and feel good and illness free.
