The Court takes up Defendant’s Motion to Stay wherein Defendant requests to delay the date for serving his jail time by one week. The Court via clerk contacts the special prosecuting attorney who advises the State has no objection to the request; threfore, the Court grants the motion and amends its prior judgment to provide that Defendant shall serve his jail sentence commencing no later than April 22, 2016.
