Pauline Lauretta Bartlett of Greenfield, Missouri, departed this life on Friday, May 27, 2016, in Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 94 years.
She was born on October 6, 1921, in Blanchard, Iowa, to Elvis Aaron and Leah Fern (Holmes) Perry. Pauline was united in marriage to Howard Bartlett on May 14, 1949, in Maryville, Missouri. She was a wonderful homemaker. Pauline loved living and working on the farm. She enjoyed baking and sewing.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Elvis and Leah Perry; her husband, Howard Bartlett; one daughter, Barbara Branson; one brother, James Perry; and five sisters, Julia Perry, Rosalee Perry, Geraldine Mitchell, Dorothy Perry, and Elene Murry.
Survivors include five sons, Carrol Gene Sparks, Marvin Sparks, Raymond Bartlett, Virgil Bartlett, and Carl Bartlett; three daughters, Charlotte Peterman, Candy Raymond, and Betty Stockton; two sisters, Sarah Hoffman and Beverly Harness; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Graveside services were held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, in Rice Cemetery. The family received friends on Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral chapel.
