Clint Dougherty (Sebastian) stole the show with his impressive pipes in “Under the Sea.”
The Liberty Theatre was packed with over 400 people this weekend as folks from all over came to witness the magical production of Disney’s “The Little Mermaid”. Magical is the perfect word to describe this play. The crowd is guaranteed to leave in awe at the breathtaking talent of our local youth and adult performers, as well as the costumes and props which really make you feel like you are under the sea.
Starring Josie Watkins as Ariel, this performance takes you through the journey of a young mermaid who longs to live up on the shore with her prince. With the help of her witty and worrisome friend, Sebastian, and her loving yet loudmouth friend, Flounder, Ariel might just see her dream come true.
