Michael Wright, 22, Tarkio, Missouri, was arrested June 30, 2016, at 7:33 p.m. at 612 Walnut in Tarkio by the Tarkio Police Department on an Atchison County warrant for failure to appear on purchase or attempt to purchase or possession of liquor by a minor and a Tarkio Municipal warrant for failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia.
