Feed Bunk Open: Breakfast 7 – 9 a.m.; Lunch 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.; Dinner 4-6 p.m.
8-9 a.m. Sheep and goat weigh-in and registration
9:05 a.m. Sheep and goat exhibitor meeting with superintendents
9 a.m-6 p.m. Velma Houts fair building open for viewing of exhibits
10 a.m. SHEEP SHOW Pee-wee; breeding sheep; market sheep immediately following breeding sheep; showmanship classes conclude the sheep show; all sheep released after the show; GOAT SHOW (pee-wee, breeding, market, then showmanship) will immediately follow the market sheep show; all goats released immediately after the show
4-5:30 p.m. Swine weigh-in and registration
6:15 p.m. Swine exhibitor meeting with superintendents
6:30 p.m. SWINE SHOW Pee-wee; breeding swine; market swine start 15 minutes after breeding; showmanship concludes the show; all swine released immediately after the show

Friday, July 22
Feed Bunk Open: Breakfast 7-9 a.m. and Lunch 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
7:30-8 a.m. Rabbit show weigh-in and registration
8:30 a.m. RABBIT SHOW; all rabbits released immediately after the show
7:30-8:30 a.m. Beef show weigh-in and registration
8:35 a.m. Superintendent briefing with exhibitors
9 a.m-6 p.m. Velma Houts fair building open for viewing of exhibits
11a.m. BEEF SHOW Pee-wee; bucket calf; breeding beef; feeder calf; market beef; showmanship concludes beef show; all beef cattle released immediately after the show
11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Poultry registration
1 p.m. POULTRY SHOW (or later depending on when beef show ends); all poultry released immediately after the show
5 p.m. Pre-auction supper
6 p.m. AUCTION

Saturday, July 23
9:30-10 a.m. Parade registration at Rock Port School (west side)
10 a.m. PARADE
11 a.m. FAMILY FUN DAY ACTIVITIES
Feed Bunk Open: Lunch 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
11 a.m.-3 p.m. Velma Houts fair building open for viewing of exhibits
11 a.m. Mutton Busting
11:30 a.m. Greased Pig Contest
Noon Pedal Tractor Pull for the youth.
3 p.m. 4-H, home arts, horticulture, and floriculture exhibits released (4-H exhibits heading to the Missouri State Fair should be left at office).
6:30 p.m. Tractor pull CANCELED

9:30 a.m. Fair clean-up—4-H and FFA members are asked to help
