Attention deer hunters!! If you’re curious what your deer antlers might score or wondered if your deer antlers were big enough for the record books, here’s your chance to find out. Each year, the Northwest Region of the Missouri Department of Conservation hosts an “Antler Measuring Day.” This event allows deer hunters the opportunity to have their whitetail deer antlers measured by official scorers for state and national honors. This year, the event will be held at East Hills Mall in St. Joseph, Missouri, on Saturday, August 27, 2016, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending at noon. Antlers will be measured on a first come, first served basis.
