School has Started for Atchison County Head Start students and making new friends is so much fun! Ms. Amy and Ms. Nichole starts the day with a friendship song where students shake hands, hug, smile, and give high fives. Learning new friend names and reuniting with friends from last year is one of the Missouri Early Learning Guidelines of socialization skills that Head Start students are taught.
