Chris Chamberlain was recently honored by the Central High School faculty upon entering his 30 year teaching career. Chris has been at Central longer than any current teacher or administrator in the building. Chris teaches Psychology, Sociology, and American History. He coached football for 12 years and is currently in his 30th year coaching track, 24 as the head boys track coach.
“Chris Chamberlain is TRUE BLUE…. and an Indian through and through!! After 30 years at Central High School, he is known and respected throughout the building! Everyone knows that Mr. Chamberlain – or Coach Chamberlain – is a great teacher. Students scramble to be scheduled into his classroom. Learning in his class is serious business, yet he is fun loving and full of new ideas.
Mr. Chamberlain also coaches boy’s track and is well respected by all. His team and colleagues look to him for guidance and support. We all appreciate and admire the dedication and allegiance that Mr. Chamberlain has shown to Central High School. He is a true career professional.”
