Coach Behrens said, “The girls got their season started off great! We set a new EA Wolves 9-hole team score at our match and coincidentally, that score (185) bested the record we set last season by one stroke. The girls continue to work hard and, more importantly, represent the community very well. If the work continues, we may be in line for a special season.”
The Lady Wolves traveled to Savannah, Missouri, to compete against Savannah and Plattsburg on Thursday, August 25. East Atchison once again came home the winner with a score of 197 to Savannah’s 209 and Plattsburg’s 231. Bree Barnett was the match medalist with a 40.
