Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant appears and with Attorney Euler and with a plea agreement, enters a plea of guilty to class C felony of possession of a controlled substance. The Defendant is advised of his rights and the Court accepts the plea. The Defendant is sentenced to 3 years in the Department of Corrections to run concurrent with all other cases. Count II dismissed.

State v. Steven R. Jones: Arraignment for Assault – 2nd Degree and Burglary – 2nd Degree.
