Heartland Recreation Center recently announced that Jodee Minter is the newest staff member. Jodee’s love for working out is rivaled only by her passion to see others reach their fitness goals.
Jodee is currently teaching evening Circuit Training class on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. This non- intimidating class is perfect for those of all ages and fitness levels, looking for a low-impact, cardio and muscle building program. In addition, Jodee will be heading up various monthly fitness challenges.
Beginning October 11, HRC started a 21 Day Fitness Tracker Challenge. All members with a leading fitness tracker (step tracker)will be able to participate free of charge. This competition will allow participants to begin at an appropriate pace that encourages fitness advancement in one of the following levels: Let’s Get Moving, Staying Strong, or Top of the Leaderboard. Each winner will receive a free single month membership at HRC.
