The American Legion Auxiliary met Monday, October 10, at the Daybreak Cafe in Fairfax. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The secretary reported 20 members had paid their dues this year and last year there were 28 paid members. It was voted to order apples and they will be distributed at the school later in the year.
Unit #284 of American Legion Auxiliary did not meet in September.
Present were: Nancy Gaines, Ann Wensel, Marcia Martin, and Norma Bradfield. Guests were K. R. Pennel, Gene Bradfield, and Keith Wensel.
