Evelyn Hord called the meeting to order on October 3, 2016.
Nancy Daughtery gave the opening prayer. There were seven members present.
Secretary’s report was gone over and accepted. Treasurer’s report was given and accepted.
Old Business: Membership cards are in and Evelyn will get them to us. Rita Stevens from North Dakota won the quilt.
New Business: Sisters of women veterans can now join the Auxiliary. We are collecting name of families with people serving in the service. If anyone knows someone please contact an Auxiliary member. Evelyn gave a run down of up coming events. Legion pancake luncheon will be the October 16. Veteran’s supper will be November 11. Everyone bring a cover dish.
There being no further business Nancy gave a prayer for peace and Evelyn adjourned the meeting.
