Allen-Schiffern American Legion Post #199 will be holding a flag disposal ceremony on Veterans Day, Friday, November 11, 2016, at 1 p.m. at the Tarkio Legion Building. The building is located at the intersection of 3rd and Broad streets in Tarkio.
