Fairfax was busy Monday, October 31, as lady bugs, princesses, super heroes, Ninja turtles, wizards and even a politician celebrated Halloween. They gathered at the city park for the Optimist Club’s annual Spook Parade, then moved on to the Presbyterian Church for their Trunk or Treat before visiting houses around town.
