TARKIO HIGH SCHOOL – Hosted a Veterans Day ceremony honoring local veterans Friday, November 11, 2016, in the THS Gym. Tarkio Elementary kindergartners sang the veterans a song and presented them (including Steve Hoffrogge and Red Kemerling, bottom right) with cards. Allen-Schiffern American Legion Post #199 Commander and Tarkio Mayor Tim Morehouse, above left, was the guest speaker.
