Tarkio Rotarians – Learned about the program LSVT BIG held at Community Hospital-Fairfax from Kelsi Holthus, who was the guest speaker at the noon meeting of Tarkio Rotary on December 6. Kelsi is the coordinator of the program which is an intensive, amplitude focused physical and occupational therapy approach for folks suffering from Parkinson’s Disease. There is also a specific speech component of the therapy called LSVT LOUD.
