Hy-Vee in Tarkio, Missouri, received the 2016 Customer Experience Award for the fourth quarter and for the year. The store was selected through a mystery shopper program where secret shoppers shop through the store and judge employees on their customer relations. Many of those judged were part-time help so store director Kalvin McIntosh said he was very proud of his employees. Hy-Vee in Tarkio has won this award for previous quarters, but never for the full year. Congrats Hy-Vee!
