A benefit dinner was held for Hailee Lingerfelt of Westboro, Missouri, on Sunday, January 22, 2017, in the Westboro Community Room. The Westboro Lions Club hosted the event, which raised funds for the local seventh grader who underwent surgery in December to remove a cancerous brain tumor.
