Mr. and Mrs. Chris Stevens of Westboro, Missouri, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Ms. Kaitlyn Faith Stevens, to Mr. Hayston Wayne Wilson. Hayston is the son of Janet and Joel Luzmoor and Robert and Teresa Wilson, all of Mound City, Missouri. The future bride is the granddaughter of Patricia and the late Roy Stevens of Table Rock, Nebraska, and the late Lee and late Virginia Noland of Tarkio. The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Heck and Beulah and the late Samuel Wilson, both of Mound City, and Mr. and Mrs. Dick Luzmoor of Clarinda, Iowa.
The bride is a 2013 graduate of Tarkio High School and will be graduating this spring from Northwest Missouri State University with an Elementary Education degree. She is currently performing her student teaching at Minnie Cline Elementary School in Savannah, Missouri.
The groom is a 2013 graduate of Mound City High School and graduated last fall from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Psychology. He will be continuing his education this fall at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary for a Master’s degree in Counseling in Kansas City, Missouri. He is currently the youth pastor at the Christian Fellowship Church in Mound City.
The couple will be married on Saturday, May 6, 2017, at the Tarkio First Baptist Church.
