Delbert Daniel Hudson was born July 21, 1935, in Watson, Missouri, the son of Henry O. and Effie M. (Muffley) Hudson. In his early years, he attended Watson School. He served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged.
He lived and farmed in the Watson community and then later north of Rock Port. He enjoyed collecting coins and stamps and became very knowledgeable. He passed away March 13, 2017, at his home near Rock Port at the age of 81.
Survivors include his son Rick (Ann) of Stuart, Iowa; and granddaughter Wynter and two great grandchildren; brother Elbert (Mary) Hudson, Rock Port, Mo., and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters: Mary Collins and Beulah Welch and brothers: Donald and James Hudson.
