A Westboro, Missouri, man was arrested on an out-of-state felony warrant Thursday night, March 30, 2017. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 65 year old Robert Riggins of Westboro around 9:50 p.m. in Atchison County. He was taken into custody on a Riley County, Kansas, warrant for felony larceny. He was also charged with failure to drive on the right half of the road and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Riggins was booked into the Atchison County Jail in Rock Port, pending further court proceedings.
