An Ag Partners building collapsed April 21, 2017, spilling the corn inside. The collapse blew a manhole cover off of a sewer line sitting below the building, filling the line with corn. The building was holding 425,000 bushels of corn and most was saved, though around 25,000 was unsalvageable. Local farmers worked all night long to haul the grain away and many people helped clear the sewer line of corn.
