A funeral service for Keith Elliott Flack of Tarkio, Missouri, was held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at the Westboro United Methodist Church, Westboro, Missouri. Interment was held at Center Grove Cemetery, Westboro. Pastor Julie Sanders officiated. Services were under the direction of Davis Funeral Home, Tarkio.
Keith, the son of David Doyle and Margaret May (Henn) Flack, was born August 28, 1943, in Shenandoah, Iowa. He attended Westboro High School, Westboro, graduating in 1961.
In 1963, Keith was united in marriage to Kerry Sue Riley. They became the parents of four children, David, Angela, Tamra, and Jonathan. They later divorced. On August 17, 1991, Keith was united in marriage to Shirley Maxine Reighard at the United Methodist Church in Sidney, Iowa, and Keith became a father to Lisa, Curtis (Pie), Marsha, and Roxan.
Keith owned and operated Flack Amoco and also worked and managed numerous agriculture fertilizer and chemical supply businesses in northwest Missouri and southwest Iowa.
Keith was a member of the Westboro United Methodist Church, Rough Riders, Missouri High School Rodeo Association, Westboro Lions Club, Tarkio Chamber of Commerce, and Tarkio Rodeo Association and Saddle Club. Keith passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at Community Hospital-Fairfax, Fairfax, Missouri, at the age of 73 surrounded by loving family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Keith was preceded in death by one infant brother, Gayle Flack; sister, Marjorie Cosand; brother, Ed Flack; and grandson, Lauren Jake Flack. Survivors include wife, Shirley Flack, Tarkio; eight children, David Flack and wife, Jessica, Crawford, Nebraska, Angela Slaughter, Tamra Faulks, all of Nemaha, Nebraska, Jonathan Flack and wife, Cari, Kersey, Colorado, Lisa Amechazurra and husband, Jess, Castle Rock, Colorado, Curtis (Pie) Reighard and wife, Carol, Richland, Iowa, Marsha Thomas and husband, Mike, Red Oak, Iowa, and Roxan Chheng and husband, Bo, Lantana, Texas; twenty-five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; brother, Verl Flack and wife, Judy, Lincoln, Nebraska; sister-in-law, Susie Flack, Glenwood, Iowa; and numerous nieces and nephews.
