Patricia Marie Bolton, Maryville, Missouri, entered into the arms of her heavenly Father on August 13, 2017, at Mosaic Life-Care in Saint Joseph, Missouri.
Patricia was born on November 15, 1942, in Washington, Illinois, the daughter of Willard Lee Belsly and Dorothy Belsly. She graduated with a high school diploma from Chicago, Illinois. She attended a two-year program at Tarkio College and obtained an insurance license where she sold accident insurance with Combine Insurance Company.
Patricia married Jack Bolton on April 16, 1960. They lived on their farm in Fairfax, Missouri, for 50 years. Patricia moved to Maryville in 2012.
Patricia was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Fairfax, Missouri, where she served as a past Deacon and Sunday school teacher. She was a member of Eastern Star and was a past Matron of Eastern Star. Her love of life was spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Sewing, cooking, gardening, listening to all types of music, and dancing with her husband were very enjoyable for Pat.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Dorothy Belsly; husband, Willard Clarence (Jack) Bolton; maternal grandparents, Dr. Emil Blumenshine and Ella Blumenshine; brother, Howard Lee Belsly; brother and sisters-in-law, Mendel and Louise Cline, Ed and Helen Scheiding, Keith and Carla Bolton, Dean and Gloria Bolton, and E.C. Bolton.
Patricia was survived by her children, Cindy Parry (Ken), Lakewood, Colorado, Sonya James (Randy), Maryville, Missouri, Michael Bolton (Jennifer), North Carolina, Kevin Bolton (Brenda), Fayetteville, North Carolina; 10 grandchildren, Jeffery Buhrmann (Jill), Ryan James, Nacaela James, Richard Bolton, Veronica Bolton, Bailey Bolton, Ashley Bolton, Kyle Parry, Amanda Parry, and Gavin Tracy; two great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Buhrmann and Maverik Vette; brothers, Mike Belsly and Les Belsly (Pat), Washington, Illinois; sister, Ellamae Renkin, Peoria, Illinois; sister-in-law, Rosella Bolton, St. Joseph, Missouri; and one uncle, Robert Blumenshine (Caroline), Washington, Illinois; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Services were held August 18, 2017, at the Fairfax Presbyterian Church. Interment followed at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Fairfax. Memorials may be made to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital or COPD Rehab in Maryville, Missouri.
Services were under the direction of Schooler Funeral Home, Fairfax.
