The East Atchison Wolves played their first home football game Friday night, August 25, 2017, against NorthWest Nodaway. The Wolves won the contest 66-20.
As quarterback, Jake McEnaney went 4 for 8 with 37 yards and 1 two-point conversion. As a runningback, Jake had 10 rushes for a total of 90 yards with 3  touchdowns. On defense, Jake had 5 tackles and 1 deflection.
Runningback Gage McAdams had 2 rushes for a total of 14 yards. As wide receiver, Gage received the ball 3 times for a total of 28 yards and had 1 two-point conversion. Gage also had 3 punt returns for a total of 49 yards. As the punter, Gage had 3 punts for a total of 122 yards. On defense, Gage had 12 tackles, 1 interception and 3 deflections.
