The Maryville Best Ball Golf Tournament saw 13 teams vying for the top score Monday, August 28, 2017. The East Atchison Lady Wolves won the tournament with a team score of 175. Other scores include: Maryville 177, Chillicothe 190, Gallatin 199, Savannah 206, Rock Port 208, Lafayette 210, Trenton 224, Bishop LeBlond 227, Cameron 241, Maryville B 249, South Harrison 279, and Benton 280.
Three Lady Wolves placed in the top 10: Lauren Quimby placed 1st with a score of 85, Kaely Kirwan placed 7th with a score of 100, and Chloe Bruns placed 8th with a 102. Other Lady Wolves’ scores include: Jae Barnett, 16th, 111; Bryli Staten, 36th, 126; and Bella Hurst, 42nd, 132.
The Rock Port Lady Blue Jays had two golfers finish in the top 20: Ally DeMott, 15th, 110; and Gretchen Tharp, 19th, 112. Other Lady Blue Jay scores include: Riley Vogler, 27th, 118; Rachel Vogler, 42nd, 312; Payton Schomburg, 46th, 137; and Darius Skillen, 61st, 156.
