The East Atchison Lady Golfers had a great day at Districts at Fairview in St. Joseph, Missouri, placing 2nd as a team and thus advancing to Sectionals as a team. Lauren Quimby placed 2nd individually with a score of 89. Other Lady Wolves’ scores included: Kaely Kirwan 3rd 92, Chloe Bruns 6th 98, Jae Barnett 10th 101, and Bella Hurst 120. The girls will compete in Sectionals Monday, October 2, at Mozingo Lake Golf Course in Maryville, Missouri. Rock Port placed 3rd as a team in District action. Pictured are Ally Demott, Riley Voger, Rachel Vogler, and Gretchen Tharp.  All four placed in the top 20 at District golf.  Districts were held at Fairview in St. Joseph, Missouri, on Monday, September 25.  Riley Vogler placed 9th and Rachel Vogler placed 14th overall.  Both Rachel and Riley made All-District.  Ally Demott and Gretchen Tharp placed 20th, and also qualified for sectionals.  All four girls will compete in Sectionals Monday, October 2, at Mozingo Lake Golf Course in Maryville, Missouri.  (Submitted photo)
