David E. Craig, 33 – Of Platte City, Missouri, was arrested at 11 a.m. September 28, 2017, in Platte County by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department on an Atchison County Warrant for Failure To Display Plates, Exceeded Posted Speed Limit, and Driving While Revoked.
Ronald H. Utter, age 27 – Of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested at 10 a.m. on September 29, 2017, in Clay County by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department on an Atchison County Warrant for Trafficking Drugs/Attempted and Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannibanoid Up To 35 Grams, Unlawful Use Of Paraphernalia, and Failure To Display Plates.
Cody D. Joesting, 25 – Of Rock Port, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. on October 1 on Hwy. E at Golden Avenue by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Failure To Maintain Vehicle On Right Half Of Roadway and DWI.
Donald J. Parsons, 47 – Of Watson, Missouri, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. on October 2 at 105 Quality Row by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department on an Atchison County Warrant for a 24 Hour Investigative Hold (pending Drug Charges).
