The East Atchison Wolves hosted Stanberry, Missouri, in high school football action Friday, October 6, 2017. The Wolves lost the contest 6-50.
After Stanberry put the first points on the board with a touchdown, Bywater scored the Wolves’ only touchdown on a 48 yard run (failed two-point conversion), putting the score 6-8. Stanberry took it from there. Briacin Bywater had 62 rushing yards, Ian Hedlund had 39, Jake McEnaney had 19, Keevan Baker had three, and Gage McAdams had one. McAdams also had six receiving yards. McEnaney had four passing yards, going two for nine. McAdams had three tackles and two assists. Other Wolves’ tackles include: Andrew Gibbons, two tackles; Ian Hedlund, two tackles and one assist; Keevan Baker, two tackles; Keaton Williams, two tackles; Shae DeRosier, one tackle and one assist; and Ashton Yeary, one tackle.
