Cabbage Patch Doll Nola Bruce was one of the tiny tots that enjoyed the Tarkio Halloween Parade, on October 31.
The Tarkio Halloween Parade was moved indoors to the Community Building after the day turned extra cold and a bit snowy. This tiny tot, Gigi Vette, left, along with the other children were happy to be inside for the announcement of winners. It was a hard choice for the judges as there were so many unique and adorable costumes this year!
