The United Methodist congregations at Rock Port and Watson will include a Blessing of the Harvest during the worship services on Sunday, November 26.
The Blessing of the Harvest seeks God’s blessings on all those who have been involved in the harvest of crops this year. We recognize that our county includes many farmers and others who have put in long hours to get their harvest in. We will offer thanks to God and to all those involved for this year’s harvest that feeds so many throughout the year.
Worship services at Rock Port UMC are at 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 10:45 a.m. on Sunday. The church is two blocks west of Main Street on Opp Street. Worship at Watson UMC is at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. Both buildings are accessible, and there is plenty of parking. All are welcome.
