The Tarkio Community Christmas Celebration was a big hit for all those who attended on Saturday, December 2, 2017! Youngsters were able to visit with Santa and tell him what they wanted for Christmas. Pictured is Mikayla Smith with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The kids were also able to make a number of Christmas crafts, including this reindeer headpiece displayed by Dallas Slemp. The Tarkio Lions Club, including Lions Marv Southard, Kim Herrick, and Larry Hicks served delicious chili and chili dogs. This event is sponsored by the Tarkio Chamber of Commerce, Tarkio Lions Club, Mule Barn Theatre Guild, and THS Senior Parents.
