Atchison County Sheriff Dennis Martin was the guest speaker at the noon meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. He shared with Rotarians that there will be more trainings available in the new year for individuals, clubs, churches and businesses to learn how to deal with active shooter situations.
