Community Hospital-Fairfax is excited to announce that clinic hours will begin at Fairfax Family Medicine on January 17, 2018. In addition to Leslie Wittmann O.D.’s Optometry Clinic on Tuesdays, the clinic will now be open for primary care patients. Pam Davis FNP will be seeing patients Wednesday afternoons and Joanna Burke will be available for pediatric patients Thursday mornings. Appointments may be scheduled by calling (660) 686-0263.
Community Hospital-Fairfax is committed to providing family medicine services close to home. Clinic locations include Oregon and Mound City in Holt County, Burlington Junction in Nodaway County and Rock Port, Tarkio and Fairfax in Atchison County. Seeing patients in these clinics are family practice physicians, Aron Burke, M.D., Dustin Carpenter, M.D. and Lindsay Williams, M.D. and Nurse Practitioners Becky Heits FNP, Sherlyn Jurgensen FNP, Tammy Sparks FNP, Pam Davis FNP, Melissa Masonbrink FNP and Joanna Burke PNP.
