Gary Peregrine DBA Big Boys Toys vs. Jennifer Sears – Hearing on Declaratory Judgment. Case called. The Plaintiff appears by Attorney Smith, the Defendant fails to appear and Judgment by default as requested in the petition entered against the Defendant. Judgment Declaring Ownership filed and entered for the Plaintiff and against the Defendant in that the lawful and true owner of the vehicle is the Petitioner. See Judgment for more information. State vs. Roy C. Anderson – Probation Violation Hearing on Felony Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant appears and with Attorney Euler and admits violation of his probation. Defendant to attend three AA/NA meetings per week, disposition set for February 6, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., $4,500 signature bond allowed.
State vs. Bryce E. Andrew – Sentencing Hearing on Felony DWI – Persistent. Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant appears in person and with Attorney McBride and has entered a plea of guilty to a class E felony of DUI. Counts II & III dismissed. The Court sentences the Defendant to 4 years in the Dept. of Corrections but Suspended Execution of Sentence and placed on supervised probation with Probation & Parole for 5 years, 30 days shock incarceration with credit for time served, abide by all conditions of P&P and all costs to be paid in full in 3 months.
State vs. Damon W. Barnhill – Arraignment on Felony Domestic Assault – 2nd Degree. Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant appears, waives right to counsel and with a plea agreement, enters a plea of guilty to 1 count of domestic assault. Evidence heard and the Court suspends imposition of sentence and placed on 5 years supervised probation with Probation & Parole, 120 day treatment program in the Department of Corrections, abide by all conditions of Probation & Parole and pay all costs at $75.00 per month beginning on August 15, 2018.
State vs. Anthony J. Berry – Arraignment on Felony Tampering With Motor Vehicle – 1st Degree. Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant appears with Attorney Euler and with a plea agreement, enters a plea of guilty to Class D felony of Tampering. The Court accepts the plea and sentences the Defendant to 4 years in the Department of Corrections to run concurrent with Case #17AT-CR00226-01.

Defendant sentenced to serve 30 days in jail as shock time with credit for time served and balance is suspended. Court costs and jail keep waived. P&P Intervention fees are waived.
State vs. Joel M. Hale – Plea/Trial Setting on Felony Property Damage 1st Degree and Property Damage – 2nd Degree (Two Counts). Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant fails to appear and a Capias Warrant is ordered to issue. Warrant served on January 8. Request for bond received from the Defendant and same emailed to Judge Prokes. Defendant to be released on his existing bond. Next appearance is on February 6, 2018, at 9:00 a.m.
State vs. Jeremy M. Harkreader – Probation Violation Hearing on Felony Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana.     Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst, the Defendant appears with Attorney Euler and admits violation of his probation. Evidence heard and the Court finds the Defendant in violation of his probation and orders the previously imposed sentence be executed and sentenced to 5 years in the Department of Corrections concurrent with case 17AT-CR00262-01.
