Tarkio Elementary students, from left to right, Rainy Nordhausen, Drew Sanders, Claire Martin, Brooklyn Wennihan, Alex Barnett, Lizzie Schlueter, and Abbie Harms met the Mark Twain Ultimate Reading Challenge by reading and passing quizzes on all 12 Mark Twain book award nominees for 2017-18. They were rewarded with a trip to the Board Game Cafe’ in Maryville on March 28, 2018. All members of this group were also successful participants in Battle of the Books March 23.
